How do i go about Returning a Product?

  1. Forward a Complaint: This will include name of product, when it was ordered and delivered, pictures of product, proof of purchase and mail to help.xpressnetshopping@gmail.com
  2. Return the Product: Once your claims has been reviewed and verified, we will direct you on how to proceed with returns.
  3. Resolution: Once the returns has been received by the seller, we will initiate a resolution terms of either Replacement, Exchange or refunds

What if I the 7-days Returns Policy Period has elapsed?

It is possible to accept and process returns that have passed our 7-Days Return Policy. However, note the following:

  1. Get a warranty from an Authorized Warranty Service in your location. If you choose to, You may contact X-Press for assistance
  2. Contact the seller for negotiations and resolutions
